PREAMBLE

Look At Me Retail Private Limited (“Look At Me” or “Company”) is committed to fostering a legally compliant, transparent, and customer-first environment across all aspects of its digital commerce and stakeholder engagement. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Company’s website (“Website”), which offers curated lifestyle and fashion products under the Look At Me brand.

All customers, users, and visitors (collectively, “Users”) are bound by these Terms upon accessing the Website or availing any services offered therein.

These Terms are formulated in compliance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

WHEREAS

Look At Me is a consumer-facing fashion and lifestyle platform operating within the Indian e-commerce ecosystem.

Applicable Indian laws mandate fair disclosures, contractual transparency, and grievance redressal in online commerce.

The Company recognizes the importance of safeguarding consumer rights, protecting digital infrastructure, and enforcing user accountability.

NOW THEREFORE, Look At Me hereby adopts these Terms and Conditions to provide a lawful, equitable, and trustworthy digital experience for its Users.

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1.1 Definitions

“Company” means Look At Me Retail Private Limited.

“User” / “Customer” means any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Website or its services.

“Website” means the Company’s digital platform including all subdomains, mobile versions, and applications.

“Products” / “Goods” mean all lifestyle and fashion merchandise sold by the Company.

“Promo Code / Credit Note” means a non-transferable code issued in lieu of a refund.

“Grievance Officer” means the officer appointed under applicable Indian law.

“Force Majeure” means events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, cyber incidents, or logistics disruptions.

“Territory” means the Republic of India.

1.2 Interpretation

Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Words in singular include plural and vice-versa. References to laws include amendments thereto.

2. PURPOSE

These Terms define the legal relationship between Look At Me and Users of the Website. They regulate browsing, ordering, payments, returns, communications, and use of intellectual property.

In the event of conflict between these Terms and other policies, these Terms shall prevail, except where a specific policy expressly governs the subject matter.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO CONTRACT

By using the Website, the User represents that they are 18 years or older, legally competent to contract, and not barred by law.

The Company does not knowingly contract with minors without verifiable parental consent and reserves the right to suspend accounts violating this clause.

4. USER ACCOUNT TERMS

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Look At Me shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by User negligence.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Inactive accounts may be deactivated after 24 months with prior notice.

Upload obscene, abusive, or unlawful content

Infringe intellectual property rights

Scrape data or hack systems

Create multiple fraudulent accounts

Post fake reviews or impersonate others

Look At Me reserves the right to suspend access, remove content, or initiate legal action for violations.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product images are illustrative. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur. Availability is subject to stock. Incorrect listings may be cancelled with refunds issued per policy.

7. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant gateways. Shipping charges are governed by the Shipping Policy.

8. ORDER CONFIRMATION & FULFILMENT

Order acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance. Orders are accepted only upon dispatch confirmation. Estimated timelines are indicative and non-binding.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled only before processing. Pre-orders are non-cancellable except as expressly stated in applicable policies. The Company may cancel orders due to stock issues, fraud detection, or serviceability constraints.

10. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Returns and exchanges are governed strictly by the Refund & Exchange Policy. Refunds are issued as promo codes unless otherwise required by law.

11. SHIPPING & RISK DISCLAIMER

Shipping is handled by third-party logistics partners. Risk transfers upon dispatch. Look At Me is not liable for transit delays, losses, or courier-reported deliveries unless mandated by law.

LIMITED PERIOD SALE TERMS

Sale discounts apply only to marked products for a limited duration and subject to stock availability. Sale products are returnable only for manufacturing defects. COD availability is discretionary. All other Website Terms continue to apply.
