As part of this commitment, the Company ensures that the shipment and delivery of its products are carried out in a manner that respects consumer rights, maintains logistical clarity, and complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in India.
This Policy sets forth the terms and conditions governing the processing, shipment, delivery, and, where applicable, return of orders, including procedures applicable in cases of delay or defects. It applies to all orders placed through Look At Me’s official website and is intended to protect the interests of both the Company and its customers by clearly defining responsibilities and limitations associated with order fulfillment.
WHEREAS
While Look At Me endeavours to ensure timely and reliable delivery of all orders, the Company engages independent third-party logistics aggregators for shipping and last-mile delivery services. Accordingly, this Policy contains important disclaimers regarding the Company’s limited liability in matters arising during transit after orders are handed over to the delivery partner.
This Policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and other applicable Indian laws. It aims to establish a transparent, fair, and practical framework for order processing and logistics, ensuring consistent expectations for all customers using the Company’s platform.
NOW THEREFORE, Look At Me hereby adopts this Shipping Policy to establish a clear, reliable, and legally compliant structure for the processing, dispatch, and delivery of customer orders. This Policy reinforces the Company’s commitment to transparency, customer satisfaction, and operational accountability, while clearly defining its limited role and liability in logistics operations carried out by third-party partners.
1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1.1 Definitions
Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:
Company: Look At Me, a business entity engaged in the online sale of apparel and related goods through its official website.
Customer: Any individual or entity placing an order through the Company’s online platform.
Order: A confirmed purchase request submitted by a Customer, subject to successful payment verification and acceptance by the Company.
Dispatch: The physical handover of a packaged Order by the Company to its designated logistics partner.
Delivery: Successful handover of the ordered product to the Customer or their authorised representative at the address provided at checkout.
Third-Party Logistics Provider / Shipping Partner: An independent logistics aggregator engaged by the Company, including its affiliated or subcontracted courier partners.
Transit Issues: Any delay, damage, loss, theft, or non-delivery occurring after Dispatch while the Order is in the custody of the logistics provider.
Working Days: Days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays observed by the Company.
Return to Origin (RTO): Return of an undelivered Order to the Company’s warehouse due to delivery failure.
Force Majeure Event: Any event beyond the reasonable control of the Company that delays or prevents fulfillment of shipping obligations.
1.2 Interpretation
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Singular includes plural and vice versa.
References to “hereof”, “herein”, and similar expressions refer to this Policy as a whole.
This Policy includes any amendments made from time to time.
2. PURPOSE
This Shipping Policy governs the processing, handling, dispatch, and delivery of products ordered through the official website of Look At Me. It aims to provide transparency regarding logistics operations, delivery timelines, shipping methods, third-party involvement, and allocation of responsibilities between the Company and its logistics partners.
In the event of any conflict between this Policy and other Company policies relating to shipping, the provisions of this Policy shall prevail.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Order Confirmation & Payment Verification: Customers receive an automated confirmation email upon successful order placement, subject to payment verification and stock availability.
Processing Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order Modifications & Cancellations: Changes are permitted only before the Order enters processing.
Inventory Availability: Products are subject to availability. Refunds for unavailable items will be processed as per the Return & Exchange Policy.
Fraud Review: The Company reserves the right to cancel orders that raise security or compliance concerns.
Pre-Dispatch Communication: Shipping confirmation and tracking details are shared once the Order is dispatched.
4. ORDER MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION & PRE-ORDER POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
Pre-orders are clearly marked and shipped as per the estimated timeline displayed.
Pre-orders are non-cancellable except where delivery becomes impossible or the product is discontinued.
5. SHIPPING METHODS, DELIVERY TIMELINES & TRACKING
Orders are shipped via third-party logistics partners selected by Look At Me.
Domestic and international shipping is offered subject to serviceability.
Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
Customers receive tracking details post-dispatch and are responsible for monitoring shipment status.
6. SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic Shipping: Charges calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
International Shipping: Charges vary by destination and exclude customs duties and taxes.
Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable, including RTOs or refused deliveries.
Consolidated Shipping: Multiple orders may be consolidated at the Company’s discretion.
7. THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING & TRANSIT DISCLAIMER
Logistics operations are handled by independent third-party providers.
Risk transfers to the courier upon dispatch.
Look At Me shall not be liable for delays, damages, loss, or theft occurring during transit.
Any remedy for transit issues must be pursued directly with the courier partner.
8. FAILED DELIVERY, RTO & LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Failed deliveries may result in RTO due to incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability.
Re-shipping costs for RTOs shall be borne by the Customer.
Packages marked as delivered but claimed undelivered will undergo an internal review. Refunds are subject to verification.
9. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Returns are governed by the Return & Exchange Policy and may be accepted only for eligible reasons such as manufacturing defects or incorrect products. Shipping charges remain non-refundable unless the return is due to Company error.
10. ESTIMATED DISPATCH & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to external factors. Look At Me does not guarantee delivery on a specific date and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party partners.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by Force Majeure Events, including natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, or courier disruptions.
12. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OBSERVED
Processing and shipping may be unavailable on public holidays listed in Annexure A.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. REVIEW & AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.
